- Beginner Boxing: Designed for those new to the sport, focusing on fundamentals such as footwork, punches, ducking, and blocking.
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Advanced Boxing: Tailored for experienced individuals aiming to refine their skills and techniques. Includes sparring.
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
