What to Bring: Comfortable athletic wear, a water bottle, and a positive mindset! Meet Your Coaches: Our world-class instructors are here to help. Don’t hesitate to ask questions before or after class.
If you’re a jiu jitsu student, a great way to get to know your team is to attend open mat on Sundays. We know it can be a little intimidating but the informal setting will give you lots of opportunity to chat and enjoy some good rolls.
Parents
Did you know Titans offers a Gym-Only membership for just $50 + HST per month?
It’s a great option for parents who stay at the club while their child trains. While your child is in class, you can take advantage of our strength training area — hit the heavy bags, lift free weights, or use our machines downstairs for your own workout.
